Remarks
The 2004 Cabernet Merlot has harvested from 24 year old low yielding vines, from our 20 acre vineyard in the Redlands area of the Yarra Valley. Picked late in the season, the wine produced has spent 18 months in French bariques. The nose is full of fresh blackberries with the palate showing a little pepper on the finish.
